Sharpton To Lead Campaign Of Civil Disobedience
“It did not take fifty bullets to realize no one’s shooting back,” said one citizen during protests following the acquittal of three New York detectives in the shooting death of 24-year-old Sean Bell.
Among those outraged by the verdict is Rev. Al Sharpton, saying on April 25 that he will protest by leading a peaceful, but effective, campaign of civil disobedience against New York City. Sean Hennessey reports.
