Fox guest wants brain scans to interrogate detainees
Japanese researchers have developed a technology that uses brain scans to reconstruct images in the brain. Fox News host Bill Hemmer asked theoretical physics professor Michio Kaku to explain how the technology works.
“The implications are enormous,” explained Kaku. “Think of Guantanamo Bay and the question of interrogating terrorists. We can now — in the future — think about reading a terrorist’s mind without using coercive tactics.”
