Residents stampede for housing voucher applications in Dallas
An estimated crowd of 5,000 people gathered this morning to vie for a voucher for housing assistance in Dallas, Texas. Only 100 vouchers were available, and when an official told the massive crowd — containing some people who had been camped out since Wednesday — to line up, the chaos turned into a stamped. At least eight people were injured, according to local news reports.
