Animatronic dinosaurs roam museum halls
The Queensland Museum of Natural History is celebrating its grand reopening with a spectacular display of animatronic dinosaurs. They roam the halls, ride the escalators — and frighten small children.
The museum, located in Brisbane, Australia, has just undergone a $US 14 million renovation. There is a special exhibit to commemorate last year’s devastating floods — and there are the dinosaurs.
“It’s educational and it’s fun!” one parent said about her daughter. “She just got to pat a dinosaur!”
