Cops arrest pair for selling pot-laced food to students
Police in the Philadelphia suburb of Tredyffrin announced Monday morning that they arrested two people for allegedly selling marijuana-laced food to students at Conestoga High School.
According to NBC Philadelphia, 20-year-old Katelyn Anne Jennings and 19-year-old Justin Mendenhall were taken into custody after students informed police that Mendenhall sold the marijuana to them and other students in the past. One student cooked the package he received from Mendenhall and gave it to classmates, who became sick in school last Thursday.
Mendenhall and Jennings, who received several charges including possession of intent to deliver a controlled substance, are out of jail on $5,000 bail.
