New Hampshire firefighter pulls dying woman from vehicle only to realize she’s his daughter
A firefighter responding this morning to a call of a wrecked vehicle in Brookline, New Hampshire was shocked to discover that the dying woman in the wreckage was his daughter.
According to Brookline Police Chief William Quigley, when the firefighter arrived on the scene, he began to break down the three vehicles involved in the accident.
He pulled one victim from a car, then attempted to help people in other cars.
“Her father was the one who pulled her out of the car without knowing it was her,” Chief Quigley told WCBB-TV Boston.
“I know [Hamilton] is a young mother,” Chief Quigley said. “She’s been in the community a long time. Her family are impeccable people who are highly respected throughout the town and surrounding areas.”
Hamilton later died at an area hospital.
