Appearing in Miami, President Donald Trump will give a speech at 1pm ET on Friday where he is expected to announce substantial changes to the Cuba policies put in place by his predecessor Barack Obama.
Trump will be fulfilling a promise he made to the anti-Castro voters during his presidential campaign, but likely will face criticism from the U.S. business sector that has been making plans to tap a new market since Obama set the opening of Cuba in motion.
