| Fallaci: I don't live in fear of truth, not at all. You are CLEARLY in fear of other humans. I WANT truth. I just don't look for it in questionable "scientific" studies that can never be replicated in other situations. And if you want to get into who really uses their brains more, Americans or Asians, for instance, I would tend to go with the Asians pretty much every time. Test scores in American schools tend to show that the Chinese girls that we are adopting in record numbers are clearly more intelligent than American born children are. We export nothing but raw materials and import more finished goods than anyone else in the world. Our jobs have disappeared, we have NO retail manufacturing sector left to speak of. Our elections have been fixed for at least 8 years, and we have leadership that does not answer to the people. If anything, they ignore us and flaunt it right back in our faces. If THAT isn't third world, I don't know what is. We have been in a class war since Reagan, and it has NOTHING to do with foreigners. It has to do with the ultra rich in THIS country taking everything they can get their hands on, and selling off everything that WE paid for over the last 75 years with OUR blood, sweat and tears. You mistake, just like Fallaci, there, is seeing a symptom as being the problem when it's not. NAFTA is the big problem, and all other such "free trade" agreements, which screw the workers and the people for the benefit of the ultra rich. Mexico has been screwed worse than we have, why the hell do you think there are so many of them here? Don't you think they would rather be in their own country, living with thie own families? And as to your crime stats, the real numbers show that the "illegals" are NOT a problem like assholes like Limbaugh say. Look into it and you'll see that they are, by and large, a very law abiding group. And don't shove that "but they already broke the law" bullshit down my throat. It's a matter of survival for them, and that I see as a self defense argument. They are good, hard working people, something we haven't taught our kids how to be for at least a generation, now. You need to recognize who your REAL enemies are, or you will continue to get screwed by them while they laugh all the way to the bank. And that is just plain sad. |
