In the following video, Congressman Tim Murphy (R-PA) takes incriminating documents away from a KDKA-TV reporter.
"I don't know how you got this," Murphy says of evidence he illegally used government-paid congressional staff to work for his campaign, "but this is my personal material and I'm taking it back."
"He took it away from me," reports Andy Sheehan, "and he wouldn't give it back."
