The FBI has released video taken on 9/11 when American Airways Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon. The footage was shot from the roof of Arlington, Virginia's Doubletree Hotel.
The video's release had been requested by Flight77.info, a group seeking the release of government-held, 9/11-related documentation. The group issued a statement announcing the footage's release, but noting that the "video does not, however, show the plane in flight."
Flight77.info additionally announced on its website that it is "still working on getting the other 80+ videos" related to the Pentagon crash.
