The document shows meeting with Bank of America executives, including congressional candidate David McSweeney, scheduled shortly before the company's collapse. Democrats have argued that this indicates McSweeney was involved in the Enron bankruptcy scandal. McSweeney says that he was called in by Bank of America to investigate Enron's financial woes, and upon doing so, determined that B of A should no longer do business with the energy giant.
