This morning, MSNBC reports on further information regarding a Tampa Police patrol car video in which an officer is seen giving a ticket to a belligerent jeep driver for speeding and breaking the noise ordinance while listen to Bill O'Reilly's radio show."

Criminal defense attorney, Jonna Spilbor, provides analysis of the video for MSNBC.

SPILBOR: ...this is Bill O'Reilly and some people might argue that 'at any volume, he's noise,' and that's what this statue is supposed to prohibit.

[..]

HOST: but what about what the driver said to the police officer? I mean, that was pretty... he was pretty risky. I can see a police office arresting somebody for making comments like that.

SPILBOR: Oh, he is so lucky that the arresting officer didn't want to drag him out of the car, test him for being, either A, under the influence or under some sort of drug because he was very belligerent and rude to the officer and that could have been an indication that he was under the influence of something other than Bill O'Reilly. [laughs].

HOST: [laughs]
