New US troops being deployed to Iraq in President Bush's escalation - or "surge" - will find a "better armed, more determined enemy," CNN reports.
CNN's reporter says that more U.S. troops are being targeted in Iraq by a "dizzying" array of enemies, from insurgents that are primarily Sunnis, Shiite military groups and al Qaeda in Iraq.
"More Americans may come but they will find an enemy that's better prepared, better armed, and more determined," CNN reports.
The cable news channel reports that escalation by the US will result in an escalation by the enemy in Iraq.
