Giuliani: Obama economic policy is 'socialist notion'

NBC's Tom Brokaw asked Rudy Giuliani if he stood behind attack's on Barack Obama experience as a community organizer. Giuliani tied Obama's community organizer experience to economic policy. Giuliani said aspects of Obama's policy were a "socialist notion."
