Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser grabbed the microphone of a local FOX6 reporter who asked him about allegations that he grabbed fellow justice Ann Walsh Bradley by the throat on June 13.
He quickly gave the microphone back, but refused to answer any questions about the incident.
Prosser was reportedly asked to attend anger management classes during a June 15 meeting with Wisconsin Capitol Police Chief Charles Tubbs.
He won a tight election for his seat against challenger JoAnne Kloppenberg in the spring. The contest was considered by many to be a referendum on the polices of Governor Scott Walker.
