Fox analyst accuses Indiana mayor of vote rigging
Brent Hume asked Fox Democratic strategist Bob Beckle to relate his experience with the Mayor of Gary, Indiana. Beckle said that he had known the mayor to stall vote counting to benefit a candidate.
