NBC: Army stop-loss policy a back-door draft

NBC news reports that the Army’s stop-loss policy has forced 58,000 soldiers to stay in Iraq past their reenlistment dates.

Ed Janosik, a retired infantry major of the U.S. Army, writes that the stop-loss policy is an insult to U.S. troops.
