1. Open Notepad in Administrator mode: Start Menu -> Notepad [right click] -> Run as Administrator.
2. Open HOSTS file: File -> Open -> C:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts (You will probably have to select “All files” in the Notepad file browser.)
3. Add the following line to the HOSTS file:
