BBC probe: Gag orders hide contractor corruption in Iraq

A BBC Panorama investigation shows that as much as $23 billion may have been lost, stolen or not properly accounted for in Iraq. The US justice department has imposed gagging orders on 70 court cases which prevent the real scale of the problem emerging.
