A 97-year-old woman is being denied her right to vote because of a new Arizona voter ID law. Shirley Preiss has voted in the last 19 Presidential elections but was not allowed to register to vote because she does not have a birth certificate, driver’s license or passport. Preiss was born before birth certificates were issued and can not get one because there are no living witnesses of her birth.
