Olbermann: Norquist’s ‘Kerry with a tan’ remark a trial balloon?

MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann asks New Yorker Magazine’s Ryan Lizza if Grover Norquist floated a trial balloon when he walked into the Washington bureau of the LA Times and said that Barack Obama was “John Kerry with a tan.” Olbermann wondered if Norquist’s statement was a test to determine if racially biased messages could be used supporters of John McCain in their campaign against Barack Obama.
