“When the democrats go to the denver convention next month, they’re going to be trying to make it the greenest one ever. They’ve even created a position just to think of environmentally friendly ideas, like riding bikes and eating off plates made from corn.”

CNN’s Ed Lavendera talked with Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper and two “green idea people” who have been hired by the city and DNC officials. The title “Directors of Green” have been given to Andrea Robinson and Patty Burnap. Their job is to think of ways to make the Democratic convention the most environmentally friendly ever.
