Karl Rove is finally talking about the alleged political prosecution of former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman, but is still refusing to answer questions under oath. Siegelman and former House Judiciary Committee counsel Julian Epstein join Dan Abrams.

Epstein said, “I think what the Republicans tryied to do with this letter is to give Rove an excuse for not coming before the committee. Let’s send him a softball letter and he can send us evasive answers and then we can pretend that he’s actually responding to the committee.”
