Colbert: Torture is in the eye of the beholder

Stephen Colbert used his “The Word” segment to consider a Justice Department memo that said that harsh interrogation tactics were legal if the interrogator had an “honest belief” that the tactics were not torture.

Colbert said, “This proves the administration does respect human rights. The human rights of interrogators.”
