Conservative group: US should drop ‘war on terror’ label

A study done by the conservative RAND corporation has determined that the “current U.S. strategy against the terrorist group al-Qaida has not been successful in significantly undermining the group’s capabilities.” In Countdown’s Bushed segment, Keith Olbermann reports on the survey’s conclusion that the local police would be better at the job.
