ABC: McCain victim of ageism from late night comedians
ABC’s Ron Claiborne reported on late night comedians who have made a joke of John McCain’s age. Claiborne spoke to several senior citizens who found the jokes about McCain’s ago humorous.
One senior citizen didn’t find the age jokes funny. 85-year-old Dick Shaw said, “It’s a form of discrimination and I guess in that sense, not appropriate.”
