Police preparing for anarchy at GOP convention
WCCO-TV has obtained several internal police documents documenting the possible tactics of the radical groups that may try to disrupt the Republican National Convention in St. Paul. Some law enforcement groups are calling for more police. Frank Vascellaro reports.
