Sen. Stevens trial will take place in Washington D.C.

(AP) Sen. Ted Stevens’ corruption trial will take place in Washington. His lawyers had asked a federal judge to move it to Stevens’ home state of Alaska, arguing many of the witnesses are in Alaska.
