President Clinton fumes over 9/11 families neglect

Former President Bill Clinton is upset because he feels 9/11 victims’ families have been largely neglected over the last seven years. He’s especially upset about the bureacratic red tape holding up the Freedom Scholarship program. Lou Young reports.
