Maddow: McCain didn’t suspend campaign

John McCain suspended his campaign and made it seem like he had to go back to Washington in order to get the bailout bill passed. Is McCain being a little too dramatic, after some Republican Congressmen said they didn’t need his help? Rachel Maddow is joined by Governor Ed Rendell, (D) Pennsylvania.
