Fox’s Megyn Kelly talked with defense attorney David Wohl and legal analyst Mercedes Colwin about Larry Flynt’s plans to create a pornographic film parodying Sarah Palin. Wohl argued that the film could damage Palin’s reputation and that she should seek a preliminary injunction to prevent its release. Colwin said that Palin had no case because the Supreme Court had ruled that parodies of public figures are protected under the First Amendment.
