Colin Powell apparent sent up some magic signal through hip-hop dancing that he’s going to endorse the black guy.

Cell phone companies gave John McCain free cell towers. Just wait until he tries to cancel the contract early, though. It’s how they get you.

I also think I figured out why John McCain seemed so angry – in general, you tend to lose coherence when you’re angry, and the persistent problem McCain had all night was making it comprehensible why he was saying any of the words that came out of his mouth. His comments came out of nowhere, meandered off to the corner and made random loud sounds every few minutes so that you wouldn’t forget they were there. Whatever arguable point he had to make got lost behind the insistent force with which he informed you that health was simply a radical pro-choice codeword or that Trig Palin was autistic. McCain’s a bad communicator, made all the worse when he feels the desperate need to communicate something.

Oh, and I asked Joe the Plumber out for wings tomorrow night. Unfortunately, he’s pulling a noon-to-midnight, and then after that prepping his buyout strategy for the plumbing company he works for.
