San Jose police accused of racial profiling

Three men have filed a $20 million federal civil law suit against the City of San Jose and police department. The men say they were racially profiled and wrongly accused of public drunkenness.

CBS 5 reported that the number of Hispanics arrested was disproportionate when compared with other California cities. San Jose has the highest number of public drunkenness arrests in the state.
