There’s something uniquely wholesome about the practice of Election Day, over a hundred million people headed to similar places to do a similar – and meaningful – thing. It doesn’t involve the consumerism of our other national holidays and hallmarks. It’s a day of reward for true believers, the ones who’ve spent all their spare hours folding mail or knocking on doors for their chosen candidate.

Do you have any traditions or superstitions you perform on election day?
