Spying victim: New Bush rules are ‘chilling’

With less than 70 days left until they leave the White House, the Bush Administration wants to implement more than 90 new regulations, including giving state and local agencies more “spying” power. Rachel Maddow is joined by The Nation’s Dave Zirin who was spied on by the Maryland government. Zirin says that the new Bush regulations will have a “chilling effect” on the Constitution.
