Five suspects, including suspected mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, requested a hearing to plead guilty to the 9/11 attacks. The terrorist suspects hope that their guilt pleas will lead to executions. Jonathan Turley told Rachel Maddow that their decision not to demand a trial benefits President Bush.
