Lawyer: Jackson is Senate Candidate 5
An attorney for Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. said that he “assumed” that Jackson was “Senat Candidate 5″ as outlined in a federal complain against Governor Rod Blagojevich. Attorney James D. Montgomery Sr. relayed that Jackson still thought of himself as the leading candidate for the Senate seat.
