On Wednesday evening, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show during the ‘Lame Duck Watch’ segment, spoke with U.S. Senator Carl Levin(MI-D), who is also the Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee. The conversation revolved around Vice President Dick Cheney’s recent ABC News interview in which he states that he not only knew about waterboarding, he thought it was appropriate, and he participated in discussions on the subject.
