ABC: Illinois policeman found to be serial rapist
A police sergeant in Bloomington, Illinois was convicted of serial rape. Jeffrey Pelo was convicted of 35 counts of rape, kidnap, and stalking and sentenced to more than 440 years in prison.
ABC’s 20/20 will tell the story from the perspective of Pelo’s victims in a Friday night broadcast.
