The Washington Post reported that a senior Pentagon official believes a detainee held at Guantanamo Bay was tortured. Lt. CMDR. Charles Swift told Keith Olbermann that there are more cases of tortured detainees.

“It’s in almost every case that’s going on down there,” Swift told MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann. “For me, the biggest story today is this is the first administration official in charge of prosecutions ever to admit it. To say flat out, ‘well, that’s torture’ but it’s not like that’s the only case.”
