Photographer arrested for competing in Amtrak photo contest

The Colbert Reports investigates an arrest Amtrak officers made of a man who was taking pictures of trains in New York’s Penn Station. Duane Kerzic was attempting to take pictures of trains for Amtrak’s photography contest. Kerzic was detained on suspicion on terrorist activity and eventually arrested for trespassing.
