Chris Matthews: Howard Dean should replace Daschle

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews asked Sen. Claire McCaskill why Howard Dean is not being named to replace Tom Daschle as the nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services. “He’s a medical doctor. It seems perfect to make him head of HHS,” said Matthews.
