Graham complains about partisanship: ‘The country is screwed’

Rep. Maxine Waters believes that Republicans can only blame themselves for not participating in the stimulus bill. “we should focus on, when you had the opportunity to participate, why not do what those three moderate Republicans did? Step up to the plate; offer your amendments. You know, we took all of their amendments,” she said.

Sen. Lindsey Graham disagreed and put the blame back on the Democrats. “If this is going to be bipartisanship, the country’s screwed,” Graham complained.
