Isikoff: Torture memo authors may face punishment

During the Bush administration, some of their lawyers wrote memos, later rescinded, that were basically trying to let the president do whatever he wanted. Will former President Bush’s legal enablers be held accountable for their actions? Rachel Maddow is joined by Newsweek’s Michael Isikoff.
