Maddow speechless after Jindal invokes Katrina

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal delivered the Republican response following President Obama’s speech to Congress. MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that Jindal would invoke the memory of Katrina during his speech. “Honestly, the Republican response to Barack Obama’s first State of the Union was to invoke government failure during Katrina as a model for how to move forward as a country. I know that I’m paid to talk for living. I’m incapable of doing what I’m paid to do right now,” said Maddow.
