Arizona AG: Pot legalization could prevent border violence

Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard told CNN’s Kiran Chetry that new ideas were needed to prevent violence in Mexico from spilling over the U.S. border. While Goddard doesn’t favor the legalization of marijuana, he thinks it could prevent violence from drug cartels and should be debated.
