Rep. Ellen Tauscher, D-CA is sponsoring the latest bill to repeal ‘Don’t ask, don’t tell.’ With the Senate expected to get a bill as well, will this policy ever go away? Author Nathaniel Frank told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that the policy hurts unit cohesion.
