Karl Rove, along with former White House Counsel Harriet Miers, have agreed to testify before Congress about the firing of seven U.S. attorneys during the Bush administration. Constitutional Law Professor Jonathan Turley join MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann to discuss the value of Rove’s and Miers’ testimony.
