Deputy Micah McNinch has been given a one day suspension after he delay a trip to the hospital for a woman that later died. Deputy McNinch pulled over Wayne Ables for a expired license tag while he was driving his sick mother to the hospital. Instead of letting Ables proceed to the hospital, McNinch called for an ambulance. The officers dashboard video reveals that it took 11 minutes for the ambulance to arrive but by then it was too late.
