CNN legal analyst expects government to win wiretapping case

The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) is suing the National Security Agency (NSA) on behalf of AT&T customers to stop “dragnet” surveillance that they consider to be illegal. CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin told T.J. Holmes that federal judges will probably defer to the government in the case.
